Sharing Policy

As an empowerment photographer I feel strongly about building women up so I have a clarified sharing policy in place, your wellbeing is very important to me and I want this experience to be positive, empowering and lifting for us both.

As the photographer, I retain the copyright and the right to share images from our session for promotional purposes, including my portfolio which is agreed upon in the application and covered by NZIPP and New Zealand copyright laws.

However I have a policy in place to handle sensitive content regarding nudity responsibly. I will not share any images that involve explicit nudity without definitive consent.

While I will strongly take your wishes into consideration regarding any other images, please be reasonable and note that if we reach a disagreement around the sharing of images some images may still be included in my portfolio. If you still prefer not to share certain non-sensitive images, the full session fee of $600 will need to be reimbursed as our initial agreement for the model call was in exchange for the sharing of images for my portfolio. This reimbursement helps maintain the fairness and integrity of our collaboration.

As part of the policy, it is required that you communicate your wishes within 24 hours after the gallery is shared.
